Kaitlyn Conley is a convicted killer, accused of manslaughter in the death of her former boss and the mother of her ex-boyfriend. But in the new three-part Hulu docuseries “Little Miss Innocent: Passion. Poison. Prison.,” Conley attempts to explain why she was wrongfully sent to prison for the 2015 killing.

ABC News Studios is behind the series, which launches Friday, Sept. 20 on Hulu. The series includes the first interview with Conley since her sentencing.

Hailing from Sauquoit, New York, Conley was seen as a “polite young woman” in town, per the docuseries, until she was accused of the death of Mary Yoder, who was the mother of her ex-boyfriend Adam.

In speaking out for the first time, Conley tells the doc that she is innocent, and details what she describes as a toxic relationship with Adam. She also offers her theories on who killed Yoder and why.
