Disney is dangling a new deal to get customers to sign up for Hulu + Live TV — just in time for NFL season, and other live sports.
Hulu is offering new and eligible returning subscribers Hulu (with ads) + Live TV at a discounted rate of $59.99/month for three months — that’s more than 20% off the current $75.99/month price. Eligible customers can visit hulu.com/live-tv to sign up for the limited-time offer. The offer is available from Oct. 17 through Nov. 19.

The Hulu + Live TV subscription provides more than 90 TV channels, including local ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox stations and cable networks like ESPN. It also includes Hulu’s entire on-demand streaming library and features such as unlimited DVR.
The streamer, even without the discounted price, saves subscribers a significant amount of money by consolidating popular platforms into one. The subscription packs in Disney+ (with ads), regularly priced at $7.99/month, and ESPN+ (with ads), regularly priced at $10.99/month.
It’s such a good deal that last year Disney itself told Charter subscribers to consider switching to Hulu + Live TV, an offering that would get them dozens of the cable networks they watch via Charter, but also some they don’t currently receive — namely outlets owned by Disney, such as FX, Disney Channel, ESPN and Net Geo.
Of course, live sports and news are two of the main reasons for cable-cutters to subscribe to a live TV streaming service. The promo comes just in time for NFL season, which kicked off in September and will conclude with the Super Bowl in February. You can catch every NFL game on Hulu, which live broadcasts every game across CBS, ESPN, FOX, NBC, and NFL Network.
The limited-time promo also comes in time for college football, the NBA preseason and the WNBA finals.
Hulu’s wide-ranging streaming library is another headlining feature of the platform. The streamer boasts hundreds of original titles such as “The Penguin,” “Only Murders in the Building,” “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” and “Tell Me Lies.” Their film offerings include newer titles like “Dune 2,” “Anatomy of a Fall” and “Poor Things,” in addition to classics like “The Sixth Sense,” “Superbad” and the entire “Planet of the Apes” series.
