Yes, Wex Photo promises to price match or beat any like-for-like UK quote on trade-in equipment. The company has a trade-in bonus too, where customers can gain more store credit when they choose to trade in selected brands, models and equipment.
Does Wex Photo have a student discount?
Yes, Wex Photo has quite a few offers for students. In total, the retailer has given students a 10% discount on products like Calumet, GlareOne, Bowens, Sony and Mathorn. To get a discount, students just need to register online with a valid university address or show their student ID in-store. Wex Photo also offers free studio space for students at some stores, which you’ll need to book in advance. This can save you some money on studio fees. Do Wex Photo prices include VAT?
Yes. For new items, Wex Photo displays prices that include VAT at the current rate. If you have bought an item on back order, Wex Photo will charge VAT when the item is dispatched.
Can I return my order to Wex Photo?
Wex Photo has two return policies: one for unwanted products and one for faulty ones. The unwanted item return policy is a 45-day window. Faulty items have a return window of 30 days. You’ll need to fill in a contact form to start this, and once Wex Photo has your message, they’ll send instructions on how to return your order. You’ll need to pay £10 if you choose Wex Photo to arrange collection. Wex Photo only accepts items that are in the same condition as when you bought them, meaning you can’t damage, mark or use them or put personal data on them. They can’t show any signs of use or damage. Wex Photo excludes some items from its 45-day return policy, which they cover in the terms and conditions.
