In Infinity Nikki, you can start the quest by visiting Narci in the flower fields (pictured below) on a sunny day between 05:00 and 21:00.

You just need to head to the nearby clothing shop in Florawish, Marques Boutique, and speak to the shopkeeper inside. Once the shop menu opens, tab over to the section on the far right for the shoes.

You will want to purchase the Floral Stroll Shoes for 13,600 Bling. Of course, Bling is found by doing all sorts of stuff in Infinity Nikki, so you should have plenty by now.
