These female characters can give anyone a run for their money and many of them are armed with incredibly overpowered devil fruits. Over the last few arcs, there has been an increase in the number of powerful female characters in One Piece and this has only made the series even more enjoyable.

Even in the Final Saga, fans have already seen characters like Atlas, York, and Lilith play crucial roles. There is absolutely no doubt that this will continue until the very end of the series.

The female characters in One Piece don’t just have a good persona, but they also have outstanding abilities that help them to beat their adversaries. These powers also give them an advantage over the rest of the characters. Since a lot of new characters have debuted in One Piece, the list has been updated to include the strongest females.

27 Kalifa

Only Female Member Of CP9

Kalifa was introduced in the Water 7 arc as Iceberg’s secretary. At the time, she seemed like an ordinary person, and no one expected her to be a CP9 assassin. When the truth was revealed, the Straw Hats and the people at Galley-La were shocked.

Kalifa trained with CP9 for a long time, which made her much more powerful than regular Marines. She ate the Awa Awa no Mi at Enies Lobby, and it allowed her to produce soap bubbles. These bubbles were strong enough to debilitate Sanji, although he was not fighting back. She is currently a member of CP0, although she is one of the weaker members of the organization.

Nami also possesses the Clima-Tact, which is modified by Usopp occasionally. In the Whole Cake Island arc, Nami gained Zeus as an ally, bolstering her overall power.

25 Kozuki Toki

Kozuki Toki was the wife of Kozuki Oden, the legendary samurai from Wano. She met him on an island outside Wano when he saved his life from bandits. Toki married Oden, and together they had two kids- Hiyori and Momonosuke.

Toki possessed a paramecia type devil fruit known as the Toki Toki no Mi. This devil fruit allowed her to send herself forward in time, which makes it an extraordinarily powerful ability. However, she could not go back in time once she had traveled to the future.

Atlas was one of the six satellites of Dr. Vegapunk, and she embodied the scientist’s anger. Due to her size, Atlas’ strength is much greater than any normal human.

She is equipped with light-pressure gloves that allow her to hit the holograms on Egghead Island. Her punch was able to hurt Luffy who had a few bruises on his face. Aside from her physical strength, Atlas also has a jetpack that lets her fly through the air.

23 Ahiru

One Of The Strongest Members Of The Revolutionary Army

Ahiru is the deputy commander of the Eastern forces of the Revolutionary Army, so she is directly below Belo Betty in terms of authority. Due to her limited screen time, it is hard to gauge where she stands in terms of power.

Ahiru’s body has been modified at least partly. She has a cybernetic left arm that can allegedly shoot down enemies. As a member of the Revolutionary Army, it is inevitable that Ahiru will most certainly be involved in the Final Saga of One Piece. With enough screen time, fans will get a better understanding of her character and her power level.

22 Hina

Possesses A Deadly Devil Fruit

At the time of her debut, Hina was only a Marine Captain, but her service granted recognition in the eyes of the higher-ups, which is why she was promoted to the position of Rear Admiral.

Hina is an immensely talented hand-to-hand combatant, and she has shown her skill multiple times. She was able to beat Bon Clay, one of the strongest members of the Baroque Works, handsomely. Hina also possesses the Ori Ori no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to create iron bars, which she can use in different ways. Hina can either use them as weapons or create cages to trap her enemies.

Ulti possesses the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus, which is an ancient zoan type devil fruit. The devil fruit bolsters Ulti’s strength and it compliments Ulti’s fighting style perfectly.

Her fighting style mainly involved headbutting opponents and with the sturdy head of a Pachycephalosaurus, Ulti can cause some serious damage. Ulti’s endurance is incredible as she was able to withstand multiple hits from a Yonko. Luffy considered her a real threat and was ready to use his strongest gear against her.

20 Koala

Adept At Using Fish-Man Island

Koala is a high-ranking officer in the Revolutionary Army. She was rescued by Fisher Tiger and the Sun Pirates from a lifetime of servitude. Upon joining the Revolutionary Army, Koala was trained by different members.

She specializes in Fish-Man Karate and is among the few individuals who can use it efficiently. While it remains unconfirmed, Koala is most likely able to use at least two types of Haki. Koala has yet to be involved in a serious fight, but it won’t be long before she gives a proper demonstration to the audience.

19 Doll

A Vice Admiral Who Can Use Advanced Armament Haki

Doll was introduced in the Egghead arc. She is a Vice Admiral who was originally stationed at the G-14 Marine Base along with several other noteworthy Marines. For her, justice is the most important thing, and she is unwilling to compromise it for anything.

Doll does not have a Devil Fruit, but she has excellent control over her Armament Haki. She can use Advanced Armament Haki, which means that she can damage opponents without making contact with them. Doll also possesses superhuman physical strength, with which she is able to beat giants and damage the tough Mark III Pacifista. Moreover, she seems to have strong willpower, as she was able to withstand Joyboy’s Haki for a few seconds longer than the other Vice Admirals. As one of the few ruthless female characters, fans will be hoping to see Doll again in the future.

Wanda is a member of the Mink Tribe and one of its best fighters. She made her debut in the Zou arc, but she didn’t receive a chance to show off her power until the Wano Country arc, where she fought Perospero along with Carrot.

As a Mink, Wanda has access to Electro, which is a fairly strong ability. It allows her to fight against powerful opponents without any problems. Wanda can also use the Sulong transformation, which bolsters her physical abilities significantly.

17 Carrot

Carrot joined the Sanji Retrieval Team on their mission, which took them to Whole Cake Island. Despite being so young, Carrot played a crucial role in the Straw Hats’ successful escape from Big Mom’s territory. During the arc, Carrot used her Sulong form, which helped her destroy many ships of the Big Mom Pirates.

While her role was limited in Wano, she still proved to be reliable whenever she was needed. Carrot fought Perospero in the arc and would have likely defeated him if it weren’t for the limitations of the Sulong transformation.

16 Ginny

Ginny was introduced in the Egghead arc as a part of Kuma’s flashback. She had a tough childhood, but she remained resilient and made it to adulthood. At one point, Ginny joined the Revolutionary Army and became one of the commanders.

To be more specific, she was put in charge of the Eastern forces of the Revolutionary Army. Considering she was selected for such a prestigious position, it is fair to say that Ginny was an impressive fighter. The true extent of her abilities remains unclear, but she could be seen wielding a gun in the past, so she might have been an incredible marksman.

15 Shakky

Shakky may have left the life of a pirate, but many people still remember her time as one. In the past, Shakky was a member of the Rocks Pirates, and she appeared as a part of the crew in the Egghead arc. Shakky was also the Empress of the Kuja tribe and led them in battle.

As the captain of the Kuja Pirates, it is safe to assume that Shakky trained her Haki a lot. She did not get the chance to use it in the story, but it is possible fans will get to see her in action when the flashback of the Rocks Pirates is explored fully.

14 Gloriosa

Gloriosa served on the crew of Rocks D. Xebex 38 years prior to the current story. She was also the Empress of Amazon Lily, a title bestowed upon the strongest Kuja. Considering the tribe is renowned for its Haki, Gloriosa must have incredible mastery over her Haki.

Since she participated in the God Valley incident, it is highly likely that Gloriosa fought against another elite fighter, which is no small feat by any means. She does not have a Devil Fruit of any kind, so she mainly relied on her Haki to defeat her opponents.

13 Stussy

Knocked Out Kaku And Lucci

Stussy is a clone created by MADS. She is modeled after Miss Buckingham Stussy, who used to be a member of the Rocks Pirates and MADS. Stussy managed to hide her connection to MADS from the World Government and joined CP0.

Stussy was seen in action in the Egghead arc, where she betrayed Rob Lucci and Kaku. Surprisingly, Stussy managed to outmaneuver Lucci without much difficulty, proving her strength. Considering she may be traveling with the Straw Hats, Stussy might be more involved in the future.

12 Boa Sandersonia

Boa Sandersonia is one of the three Boa sisters. The three of them are collectively known as the Gorgon Sisters. Boa Sandersonia was introduced during the Amazon Lily arc. Like her other two sisters, Sandersonia was force-fed a devil fruit by the World Nobles.

She has the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Anaconda, which is a zoan type devil fruit. Being a carnivorous zoan, the devil fruit provides her with immense strength. In addition to this, Sandersonia is also able to use Ryou albeit at a very basic level.

Perona served as a minor antagonist in the Thriller Bark arc. She possesses the power of the Horo Horo no Mi, which is a paramecia type devil. There is no defense against this ability except if a person is already depressed then the ghosts won’t have any effect. Perona can also create ghosts that explode on her command.

Marigold can also use Ryou, but she does not have the skill to use it at a high level. With the help of her devil fruit, Marigold was able to give Luffy a lot of trouble at Amazon Lily.
