A talented Sims 4 player online has recreated the town of Rhodes from Red Dead Redemption 2 in the game with incredible accuracy. Over a decade after its initial launch, The Sims 4 remains the number one choice for players looking to bring their landscape ideas to life.
Gamers have always been pushing the boundaries of what is possible to build in The Sims 4, and with it remaining the most recent mainline game in the series, that doesn’t look like stopping any time soon. The tools Maxis gave players back in 2014 are still fit for purpose in 2024, allowing players’ imaginations to run wild with almost no limits on what can be built. While some look to create the best houses possible, others bring their favorite franchises into the game in creative ways. There was even one Sims 4 player who built Grand Theft Auto‘s Grove Street in the game.

The Sims 4 Life and Death Ad Controversy Explained
Some players are up in arms over how heavily EA is showcasing The Sims 4’s latest expansion pack and some of its free rewards.
Redditor Alex200496 shared their awesome recreation of Red Dead Redemption 2‘s Rhodes in The Sims 4, and frankly, it’s spot on. Using the Magnolia Blossom Park lot in Willow Creek, they have managed to recreate the Western feeling perfectly, with all the buildings looking exactly as they’re supposed to. Unfortunately, it doesn’t give a look at the interiors of the buildings, but given their talent on show with these exteriors, Alex200496 could also do a great job with the interiors if they haven’t already.
Red Dead Redemption 2’s Rhodes Recreated in The Sims 4
As of right now, this cool Sims 4 build isn’t available for download on the gallery, although Alex200496 claims they might make it possible “once I do some finishing touches” to the builds. Another user challenged the player to recreate Valentine from Red Dead Redemption 2, and apparently, I’m actively working on one but I stopped at one point. Might have to continue.” Given how well they’ve done with Rhodes, seeing their take on Valentine would certainly be welcomed.
With The Sims 4‘s ongoing popularity, it seems that EA has no plans to make The Sims 5 any time soon. It’s certainly a surprising development, with many feeling a sequel was inevitable after all this time. However, The Sims 4 expansions continue to perform well, the next of which is set to be the Life and Death DLC at the end of October. It remains to be seen how long players will remain engaged with The Sims 4, although its lifespan has surely been helped by a lack of real competition.
