How To Get Mushrooms In Path of Exile 2
Three Unique Quest Items Found Throughout The Apex of Filth
There are three Mushrooms to get in Path of Exile 2: the Red Mushroom, Blue Mushroom, and Green Mushroom. Each of these items can be found as a random drop from enemies in only one area of the game.
About halfway through Act 3, you will unlock The Drowned City, which leads to an area called The Apex of Filth. Throughout the Apex of Filth, defeat every enemy pack you come across as you scour the area, and hope that you get all three drops relatively fast.
Each of these three quest items takes up space in your inventory, so be sure to have some space available before picking one up. As quest items, PoE 2 Mushrooms cannot be sold or stored, and you must find all three and deliver them to the correct place to rid them from your inventory.

What To Do With Act 3 Mushrooms In PoE 2
Find The Gentle Crone In The Apex Of Filth
After collecting the Red Mushroom, the Blue Mushroom, and the Green Mushroom, continue to search the borders of the Apex of Filth by scouring each side of the map. Eventually, you should find an area with what appears to be a friendly Crone enemy.
The Cauldron Keeper will not attack you. She stands in front of a large Cauldron, which can be interacted with. If you have all three Mushrooms in your inventory, click on the Cauldron to place them all inside. After a few moments, the Cauldron Keeper will reward you with a high-level Mana flask and a high-level Life flask.
These are typically of Magic quality, though it is possible to get a Rare piece from this unmarked PoE 2 quest.
After turning in the Mushrooms, PoE 2 players will complete the quest and unlock the friendly Crone as a vendor. Sell any extra inventory items you’ve picked up for some quick Gold and to clear space, then continue on your journey through the Apex of Filth as you continue through Act 3.
