Palia is a cozy community-sim MMO available on PC and Nintendo Switch, where players become members of a village and engage in various activities like fishing, hunting, and mining. The New Beginnings update is adding a new way for players to earn rewards in Palia, with Zeki’s Loyalty Club offering a membership that provides bonuses. Simply by logging in, the new membership rewards them with Palia Coins. Through Zeki’s Loyalty Club, coins can be obtained at a cheaper price, offering another way to buy them. Those who want to acquire this membership can do so from the Premium Store, and every time players purchase it, they will also receive 425 Palia Coins, a daily claimable 30 Palia Coins, and the chance to extend membership by 30 days (up to a 180-day cap). The developer noted that while players can claim Zeki’s Loyalty Club on both PC and Switch, the membership can only be active on one platform at a time.
Additionally, the Luna New Year event takes place from January 23 to February 20, adorning Palia’s village with lanterns and music. Players will see returning attractions like hot pot in Palia’s Underground Black Market, chapaa chase, the wish tree, and Zeki’s prize wheel (where they can win gold, lucky envelopes, or Zeki Coins), along with stamp cards and treasure chests. By playing minigames, players can also obtain lucky envelopes to exchange with vendors for rewards.
New wedding decor has also been added to Palia, and the Potato Pod login rewards will be available again between January 24 and February 4. As with previous Palia updates, Singularity 6 is improving the game experience by introducing several adjustments. The quest HUD now features new visual stylizations highlighting each quest, allowing players to identify whether they are main, standard, or event quests.
Along with these adjustments, a new outfit collection, pet, glider, landscape items, and tool skin are now available in the Premium Store. Finally, Singularity 6 tackles plenty of bugs in patch 0.188, with fixes spanning various aspects of gameplay, social interactions, and premium cosmetics. As players dive into the new content, Palia is ready to hit the ground running in 2025.
