According to Reddit user Strict-Yam-7972, they made a deal with a seller to get 11 games, a console, a dock, and controllers for only $400. The list of games was impressive, including popular Pokemon games like Legends: Arceus, Pokemon Violet, and more. In addition, the collection featured the launch title The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and its sequel, Tears of the Kingdom. There were also a couple of Xenoblade Chronicle games and what appeared to be the PAL version of Bravely Default 2.

Besides the games, the console haul included two sets of multi-colored Joy-Cons to play Switch games. In addition, two more controllers were included, both having Pikachu theming. According to Strict-Yam-7972, the Switch and the rest of the haul were in really good condition, making it the best deal they claimed to ever have received. Many in the Reddit comments seemed to agree, pointing out the total value of all the Nintendo-related items. Fortunately, Strict-Yam-7972 revealed that they had only played two of the 11 games included in the deal, meaning they had a lot of potential gaming ahead of them. As far as the Switch was concerned, they said they would likely sell the console to someone else.

While it is unlikely to score a deal like Strict-Yam-7972, other gamers have made lucky finds in the past. For example, another gamer managed to get an impressive Xbox 360 haul, receiving the console, a controller, and some games for free, because someone was planning to throw them away.
