The best Perks to have in bags are those that increase the maximum carry weight, so Extra Pockets is a must in every bag players purchase or craft. Players can also stack up to three of the same Burden Perks — for example: three Quarryman’s Burden Perks, one at each bag, for a maximum reduction of 30% of Stone Items.

Keep in mind that crafting Bags requires Runes of Holding, and those are purchasable only through the Faction Vendors. Each Bag Tier from 1 to 5 requires a different quality of Rune of Holding. Here’s the value of each Rune of Holding and the Bag Tier players can craft with them:
