There’s a huge enemy & boss variety in Metaphor ReFantazio and each one has an affinity weakness that players must exploit to land devastating blows.

You can begin the Hatching a Plan Quest in Metaphor: ReFantazio on 29 June once you progress through the main storyline in Martira. To initiate the quest, you need to find the Gloomy Youth NPC in Thoroughfare Square in Martira near the central fountain.

Speak to Gloomy Youth, and he’ll need your help in getting a pigeon to avoid losing his job. He’ll request you to bring a Practical Pigeon Parcel from Komero, a village east of Martira, and give it to him by 11 July.

Get To Komero Village

After accepting the Hatching A Plan quest, you need to visit Komero Village. Even on the Gauntlet Runner, the journey to Komero will take a full day, so plan accordingly and make sure you don’t have any other commitments.

To reach Komero Village, interact with the table in the Strategy Room of the Gauntlet Runner. Next, choose “Route Map” to view the world map and choose Komero.

Buy The Practical Pigeon Parcel

Upon reaching Komero, you can buy the Practical Pigeon Parcel in exchange for 500 Reeve. In case you’re having a hard time spotting this item, keep exploring the various sections of the shop until you find it. When you’re ready, leave the town and go back to Martira.

Give The Parcel

When you return to Martira, find Gloomy Youth and hand over the Practical Pigeon Parcel. After a brief conversation, the Hatching A Plan quest will be successfully completed.

Remember, you need to deliver the parcel before 11 July to complete the Hatching A Plan quest, or else this
side quest
will fail.
