There are a handful of places you can find bloodstone, and two places you can go to purchase it. The first place you can buy it is the Civil Corps headquarters, and the second is the Ceramic Gate. The Ceramic Gate, which is at the top of town, is owned by Amirah, who is one of the romanceable characters in My Time At Sandrock. She will sell you two bloodstone for 42 Gols.
