Flairs are a unique collectible in Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket that add to your cards. Find out how to get them in this guide.
Some of the log-out methods outlined below carry the risk of deleting all your progress. Be sure to choose carefully and follow each step closely to safeguard your progress.
How to Log Out in Pokemon TCG Pocket
There is no built-in log-out option in Pokemon TCG Pocket. To sign out of your current account, you must either delete your save data or reinstall the game. It’s unlikely that Pocket will add a sign-out option, as its absence appears to be a precautionary measure against gacha exploits.
Here’s every workaround for logging out of your Pokemon Pocket account:
Log Out by Reinstalling the Game
- Tap and hold the game’s icon on your device.
- Select “Uninstall” or “Remove App.”
- Ensure the game’s data is also removed from your device.
- Reinstall the game.
- Log in with new credentials.
How to Stop Auto-Login in Pokemon TCG Pocket
If your game automatically logs into the previous Google account after reinstallation, try disabling syncing for that account. This involves removing that specific Google account from your device so Pocket cannot access it. Once you’ve logged into the desired account in the game, you can re-sync the previous account with your device if needed.
Please note that if your game is not linked to any Google, Nintendo, or Apple account, uninstalling the game will remove your progression.
Before unsyncing, save your Google account’s backup codes to make re-syncing easier.
Log Out by Deleting Save Data
- Open the Menu. (The three horizontal lines in the bottom-right corner)
- Go to Other.
- Select Account.
- Tap ‘Delete Save Data.’
This will log you out of Pokemon TCG Pocket. However, be aware that deleting the save data will permanently erase your progress, including all rare cards and items purchased with real-life or in-game currencies.
Once the data is removed, you will be redirected to the title screen, where you can log in with a new account.
How to Switch Accounts in Pokemon TCG Pocket
- Log out of the game by either deleting save data or reinstalling the game.
- In the title screen, select your Country/Region.
- Agree to Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
- Log in with new credentials.
The Pokemon Company restricts each device to a single Pokemon Pocket account, so there are no built-in account-switching features. To switch accounts, you’ll need to log out and log in with a different account each time.
How to Transfer Pokemon Pocket’s Date to a New Device
- In the title screen, determine your Country/Region.
- Confirm your age.
- Acknowledge the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice
- Select ‘Transfer Existing Save Data.’
If you can’t access the title screen, you’re already logged into a Google, Apple, or Nintendo account. To transfer data, you’ll need to log out by either deleting the saved data or reinstalling the game (as explained above).
