How To Catch An Ancient Kraken In Fisch
Quick Links
Table of Contents
Roblox’s Fisch has tons of exotic and secret rarity fish, but nothing quite matches the Ancient Kraken—a special variant of the giant Kraken introduced in the latest Atlantis update. Before this, the Ancient Megalodon was the most sought-after catch, but now players have an even bigger creature to chase.
Just like the Ancient Megalodon, the Ancient Kraken isn’t easy to reel in. It’s super rare, with a spawn rate of one in several hundred, and it can take hours to catch. However, with the right bait and conditions, you can definitely land one. This guide will show you how to catch the Ancient Kraken in Fisch.

How To Find The Ancient Kraken In Fisch
The Ancient Kraken can only be found inside the Kraken Pool during the Ancient Kraken Hunt in Fisch. This is a supercharged version of the regular Kraken Hunt event, and you can trigger it using Poseidon’s Wrath Totem. To begin, wait for a Kraken Hunt announcement in the server, or use a bunch of Sundial Totems to speed things up. Once the event appears, head to Atlantis by standing on the cracked spot in the Grand Reef and using the Heart of Zeus.
Once you’re in Atlantis, go southeast, equip your diving gear, and jump into the pond. When you reach the ocean side, move north to find the Kraken Pool, where the giant Kraken will already be lurking. Now, just use the Poseidon’s Wrath Totem on the side path. Just a quick heads up: you can get the Poseidon’s Wrath Totem in Fisch by entering the Poseidon’s Room and purchasing it for 1,500,000 in-game cash. However, you’ll need to get access by completing the Poseidon Trial Puzzle. After this, the event will immediately switch to the Ancient Kraken Hunt, turning the Kraken deep red and making things a whole lot tougher.
How To Catch The Ancient Kraken In Fisch
As mentioned above, the Ancient Kraken is incredibly tough to catch in Fisch, so be prepared for hours of grinding. Here are some tips to keep in mind while trying to reel in this sea monster:
- Before starting the hunt, make sure you have plenty of Truffle Worms, as they’re the Ancient Kraken’s favorite bait. Deep Coral and Kraken Tentacle are also solid choices, since their legendary rarity boosts resilience and luck.
- This deep-red creature has a progress speed effect of 95%, making it insanely time-consuming to reel in. To improve your chances of catching one, use luck boosters like the Aurora Totem, Merlin’s Luck, and Server Luck.
- The Ancient Kraken has extreme resilience, so you’ll need a highly powerful rod. Some great picks include the Abyssal Specter Rod, Heaven’s Rod, Poseidon Rod, Seraphic Rod, or King’s Rod. A budget-friendly option is an enchanted Steady Rod.
- Since the Ancient Kraken Hunt lasts only for a short time, you might need to use several Poseidon’s Wrath Totems. As such, stock up on a good number of these totems beforehand. While they can be expensive, you’ll likely catch plenty of normal Krakens along the way. You can sell these to the merchant to help recover some of your costs.
