Once you finish up Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2‘s intro, you’ll be given the ability to free roam and really do whatever you want between now and continuing the main story. The first region of the game is huge, with lots to see and do, but that doesn’t mean you should high-tail it out of Troskowitz right away.
Troskowitz is basically the center of the Trosky region, and it’s arguably the largest town in the region. Here’s everything there is to do in Troskowitz along with where to find it in the city.

Troskowitz is a fairly simple town as it’s all built along one main road, though that doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot to see and do.

Alchemy Bench |
Along the western side of town, on the southern side of the main road will be a small building just off of the garden, with the Alchemy Bench inside. Here you can brew potions whenever you’d like. |

Drying Racks |
The first drying rack is found next to the alchemy bench, with another found at the tavern and a third in a house off in the eastern side of town. Here you can dry food and herbs to make them last longer. |

Apothecary’s Herb Garden |
While it’s labeled as the Apothecary’s, you can pick the herbs here without issue. |

Apothecary Emerich |
Found at the far southwestern end of town and up the stairs of the large building. Emerich sells potions, herbs, and new potion recipes for you to brew. |

Sharpening Wheels |
One is found near the carpenter, in the stables outside of the guard barracks, and at the Butcher’s shop. These can repair your weapons and make them extra sharp. |

Trader (Merchant Jurg) |
A general merchant that sells a little bit of everything found in the northwestern side of town. |

Indulgence Chest |
Found near the guard’s barracks in the center of town. These can be paid to increase your reputation in the area. |

Carpenter |
Found just across the main road from the guard barracks. He sells bows and crossbows along with the ammo to use them. |

Scribe |
Found in the guard barracks, he sells a number of lore and skill books. |
|
Smokehouses |
One is found at the Butcher and another at the tavern. These can smoke your foods to make them last a bit longer and still restore decent nourishment. |

Tavern/Inn |
Found just to the east of the guard barracks. Here you can spend the night, play some dice, or buy food. |

Tailor Bartoshek |
Found southeast of the town square. Here you can buy strong or fancy clothes to wear beneath your armor, along with repairing the ones you already have. |

Laundry |
Found towards the eastern side of town following the larger road to the south. You can clean your clothes much more thoroughly here. |
|
Butcher |
The last building when leaving town to the east, here you can buy various foods to eat. |
