Players looking to get their hands on the best and most powerful talismans in Elden Ring should look no further than these.
In intelligence builds, which are some of the most popular builds in Elden Ring, there are plenty of talismans to take advantage of in creating the best intelligence builds. Pair these talismans up with the best staffs and intelligence armor, and players have themselves a worthy magic build.
Updated January 25, 2024 by Erik Petrovich: There’s quite a lot of variety in how players can create various builds in Elden Ring thanks to the sheer number of items that can be equipped, like Talismans, to increase your power. When it comes to the best Talismans for mages, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree added quite a few options that Intelligence builds can take advantage of. This guide to the best Sorcery Talismans Elden Ring players can get has been updated to include two of these Sorcerer talismans that you should consider equipping: the Cerulean Amber Medallion +3, which boosts max FP, and the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman, which passively regenerates FP.

Cerulean Amber Medallion +3
A Decent Boost To Base FP

Grants about 12% max FP |
N / A |
The Cerulean Amber Medallion +3
is the highest-tier version of the Cerulean Amber Medallion talisman, and is exclusive to the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This powerful Elden Ring Intelligence Talisman has a basic effect, but it’s not bad if you don’t have anything more useful.
The Cerulean Amber Medallion increases your max FP by “the utmost”, meaning about 12%.
It’s certainly not bad, and having more FP is always nice for casting more spells. But when it comes to the best Intelligence talismans in Elden Ring, there are better options than this.
How To Get Cerulean Amber Medallion +3
The Cerulean Amber Medallion +3 can be found exclusively in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC’s Realm of Shadow. To get this Talisman, you must head to the Scorpion River Catacombs in an out-of-the-way location in the northwest of the Scadu Altus region. Defeat the Death Knight at the end of the Scorpion River Catacombs to get the Death Knight’s Longshaft Axe and the Cerulean Amber Medallion +3.

Blessed Blue Dew Talisman
Slowly Restores FP, But It Helps In Long Fights
Talisman Weight |
Talisman Primary Effect |
Talisman Secondary Effect |
---|---|---|
1.2 |
Restores 1 FP every 2 seconds |
N / A |
Like the Cerulean Amber Medallion, the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman
offers a useful effect for Intelligence builds, but is ultimately outclassed by other, more powerful Sorcery talismans. The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman grants a small amount of passive FP recovery, about 1 FP every two seconds.
If that doesn’t sound like a lot, it’s because it’s not. Over a two-minute boss fight, you will recover about 60 FP total with this talisman equipped. Decent passive mana recovery can be attained by using this talisman alongside other FP-restoration effects – it’s just not that useful on its own.
How To Get Blessed Blue Dew Talisman
The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman can be found exclusively in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC’s Realm of Shadow. From the Main Gate Site of Grace, head south and hug the cliff wall to find a secret path that leads to a western, raised area of the Gravesite Plain. The Church of Benediction can be found at the very south of this raised area, just above the starting point for the DLC. The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman is on the ground in front of the Statue of Marika.

Ancestral Spirit Horn
FP Restoration When Enemies Die Nearby
Talisman Weight |
Talisman Primary Effect |
Talisman Secondary Effect |
---|---|---|
1.2 |
Restores 3 FP upon defeating enemies |
N / A |
The Ancestral Spirit Horn is a go-to talisman for any players that have a focus on FP usage in Elden Ring. That’s because the Ancestral Spirit Horn talisman allows players to recover FP whenever they defeat an enemy.
This talisman is arguably much better in PVE than it is in PVP, so any players utilizing an intelligence build to fight the various enemies in the Lands Between should make use of this talisman.

The Beloved Stardust
Talisman is one of the best Elden Ring Intelligence Talismans, but it’s one of the few that has a noticeable downside. Like Marika’s Soreseal
, Beloved Stardust grants an exceptionally powerful bonus at the cost of taking significantly more damage.
With this equipped, you will cast Sorceries and Incantations significantly faster, faster than with the Radagon Icon
equipped. But you will also take about 30% more damage. If you are committed to the ranged Spell build, and are good at avoiding incoming damage, consider equipping this over the Radagon Icon. But its relatively small extra casting speed bonus is not worth the extra incoming damage if you don’t rely on Spells.
