Dragon Ball Daima Releases New Dub Trailer

Dragon Ball is making a return to the world of anime with a brand new series called Dragon Ball Daima. The anime’s subtitled version is set to air in October 2024. It will be available to stream on Crunchyroll.

In a new announcement, the official X (formerly Twitter) account for IGN released a new dub trailer for Dragon Ball Daima. Along with the trailer, the release date for the first three dubbed episodes was also confirmed. Dragon Ball Daima’s dubbed version is set to release on November 10, 11, and 12, 2024. The three episodes will premiere in US theaters, and the tickets will go live on October 11.

Breaking Down The New Trailer

In the new trailer, the focus is primarily on kid Goku, who is busy fighting against Vegeta. The trailer also included several other main characters.

• Panzy
• Gomah
• Dagesu

Fans can also expect to see Masked Majin and Supreme Kai in the anime.

For the uninitiated, Dragon Ball Daima is the last project that Akira Toriyama worked on before his untimely death. The series was intended to be an anime original. However, Akira Toriyama eventually got involved and became an integral part of the project.

Akira Toriyama was involved in creating the story, designing the world and characters, among other things. So, longtime Dragon Ball fans can expect to see the legendary author’s influence on the anime.

When Will Dragon Ball Daima Be Released?

Dragon Ball Daima has been scheduled for release on October 11, 2024. Anime fans already know that many other notable titles will be released in the same month, so Dragon Ball Daima will have some stiff competition.

Dragon Ball Daima was first announced during the 2023 New York Comic-Con. At the time, a 2024 fall release was teased. It took some time for the official release date to be confirmed.
