It is highly customizable, but Rockstar Games also made it super-moddable. Players can completely change their Elegy RH8 to the Elegy Retro Custom, which is more popular due to the car it is based on.

Elegy Retro Custom is inspired by the Nissan GT-R Skyline. In addition, players can customize the Elegy Retro Custom using all the upgrades and livery options to look very similar to the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 used by Paul Walker in 2 Fast 2 Furious. The custom variant actually has a lower top speed. However, players will be upgrading it at Benny’s to get a totally different and beloved vehicle.

Later, over time, its popularity dwindled, but Rockstar Games pulled it back from redundancy by making it a super-moddable vehicle. Players can take their Banshees to Benny’s and upgrade it to Banshee 900R.

Like Karin Sultan, Benny’s upgrade also changes Banshee from a sports car to a supercar. With the upgrade, the Banshee 900R’s top speed increases tremendously, making it one of the fastest land vehicles on the last-gen consoles and PC. The Banshee 900R has the cleanest widebody kit on it, making it even more fun to customize it. However, the only downside of upgrading Banshee to Banshee 900R is that players will no longer be able to install an HSW upgrade to it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
