professions brighter shores 4

Professions are mainly skillsets that you train your character in Fen Research’s Brighter Shores. They are the primary way to level up in all four early access episodes of the game, including Hopeport, Hopeforest, Mine of Mantuban, and Crenopolis.

The interesting thing is the game offers different professions for each new area (episode), some of which are free while others are paid. With their help, you can obtain resources, defeat hostile creatures, and complete the game’s main quest storyline. This guide will walk you through how to unlock every profession in Brighter Shores.

How To Unlock All Professions In Brighter Shores

Professions aren’t unlocked at the start of the game. Like the invite friends feature, they become available after finishing the following introductory quests in Hopeport:

  • Welcome to the Guard
  • Defend Hopeport
  • Heal Captain Degreene
  • Debrief.

When you speak with Corporal Binns, he’ll introduce you to the game’s initial professions and task you with wrapping up your training in Hopeport by reaching a total rank of 60. As mentioned above, leveling up your skills becomes important by the end of all four episodes. Below is a breakdown of each episode and the professions they offer.

All Professions In Hopeport

To protect the town from Goblins, recover from enemy attacks, and survive the first part, you’ll need to upscale your various skills.
