If you were still in any doubt about the authenticity of Tim Walz’ Midwestern dad vibes, you won’t be after watching him chat to Stephen Colbert.
In the Late Show interview above the two excitedly watch a YouTube restoration video together, discuss the election using both car and coaching metaphors, and even take each other on in a tense game of paper football.
Unfortunately for Walz, Colbert has form when it comes to taking on politicians in paper sports games.
