Final Undead Unluck Volume Will Include A Special Story

Undead Unluck’s anime adaptation was announced in 2022. It was divided into cours, but they aired consecutively. After its success, it was confirmed a one-hour sequel would air in Q4 2025.

Undead Unluck had a lot of potential, but many readers found the early parts to be rough, which negatively affected its quality. Yoshifumi Tozuka fixed the issues and turned things around. The anime adaptation was brilliant, and it could have had the same level of popularity as Dandadan and other new-gen shows, but the lack of marketing stopped it from becoming a hit.
