Palworld Feybreak: All New Pal Variants & Their Skills

Published

palworld feybreak update pal

Palworld has an expansive world with multiple islands to explore, each with its own unique landscapes and Pals that inhabit every area. With every expansion that is added to the game, new islands or areas to explore become available to reach players, meaning they are likely to encounter new Pals — including new elemental variants of Pals that may be familiar from areas explored prior.

Elemental Pal variants can be useful for a number of reasons. Perhaps they simply fill out missing entries to complete a player’s Paldeck, or offer more favorable color palette options for those who seek out particular aesthetics. Some offer different Skills that players can make the most of in their day-to-day Palworld life, such as exploring the islands, battling wild Pals or one of the many bosses, and completing tasks around your Bases.

Palworld’s Feybreak update is the biggest expansion to have been released for the game yet, offering an island that is approximately six times the size of Sakurajima – and therefore plenty of new areas to explore, things to discover, and locations to set up a base. Here is a complete list of every new Pal variant released with the Feybreak expansion, as well as key details and information regarding their Skills and work suitability.

Foxsparks Cryst

foxsparks cryst

Foxsparks Cryst is an Ice Type variant of the adorable original Fire variant, with its furs taking on icy blue rather than fiery orange. Unlike the original, which is known for its use as a Kindling Pal, Foxsparks Cryst is capable of performing Cooling tasks around your Babes, making it a handy Pal to have under your control.

Paldeck Entry: It is unskilled at controlling cold air from the moment it is born and tends to choke on the frost it breathes unintentionally. When Foxparks Cryst catches a cold, its nasal discharge freezes, making it difficult to breathe and causing it to panic.

Skill – Huggy Frost: When activated, equips to the player and attacks using frigid air.

Stats:

  • Type: Ice
  • Work Suitability: Cooling lv 1
  • HP: 65
  • ATK: 80
  • DEF: 70

Dazzi Noct

dazzi noct

Dazzi Noct takes on the appearance of a dark gloomy storm cloud, offering an Electric/Dark dual-type variant of the original pure Electric Pal. Dazzi Noct not only has several tasks it is capable of executing through the capability to perform Handiwork, Electricity, Transporting, and Medicine, but its Lady of Dark Lightning Skill enables you to utilize an additional monster on the field when battling.

Paldeck Entry: Often kind to lonely Pals, it plots to lure them into dropping their guard before striking them down. Yet, unable to find the right moment, it ends up making friends with them instead.

Skill – Lady of Dark Lightning: While in team, appears near the player. Follows up player attacks with dark lightning bolts.

Stats:

  • Type: Electric/Dark
  • Work Suitability: Handiwork lv1, Medicine lv1, Transporting lv1, Electricity lv1
  • HP: 70
  • ATK: 80
  • DEF: 75

Cryolinx Terra

cryolinx terrs

Players can utilize Cryolinx Terra’s Electro Hunter skill to their advantage when attempting to farm resources from Electric Pals in particular. This trait causes an increase in the items dropped by such creatures when Cryolinx Terra is fighting alongside you. In addition, it makes a handy base worker through its ability to complete Handiwork and Lumbering, as well as excelling in Transporting and Mining.

Paldeck Entry: It can easily carry many items with its large hands. However, its short legs slow its pace, often leaving it overtaken by nightfall.

Skill – Electro Hunter: While fighting together, Electric Pals drop more items when defeated.

Stats:

  • Type: Ground
  • Work Suitability: Handiwork lv1, Lumbering lv2, Transporting lv3, Mining lv3
  • HP: 100
  • ATK: 105

Fenglope Lux

fenglope lux

Fenglope Lux is an Electric variant of the regular Neutral Pal. It sports a color palette featuring gray, white, and gold, in comparison to the more familiar blue, black, and gold. Fenglope Lux is capable of performing Electricity and Lumbering Tasks around your base, but a more significant advantage is the ability to farm Water Pals for extra resources. Players can also ride Fenglope Lux as a mount, thanks to Stormcloud.

Paldeck Entry: In ages past, it was believed that drawing a picture of Fenglope Lux would result in being struck down by lightning. As time passes, artworks depicting Fenglope Lux became revered as charms to ward off lightning, making them a common presence.

Skill – Stormcloud: Can be ridden. Can double jump while mounted. While fighting together, Water Pals drop more items when defeated.

The normal Grass Type Caprity takes on purple and pink hues through the Dark Type Noct variant. This Pal comes equipped with the ability to perform both Farming and Planting tasks around your base, as well as the ability to drop Venom Glands on occasion when assigned to a Ranch facility. This offers an additional option for farming the material, so Caprity Noct can certainly come in handy.

Paldeck Entry: The berries that grow on its back change flavor according to its emotions. The harsher the environment it grows in, the sweeter the berries become. This is why most Caprity Noct raised in captivity have never known love.

Skill – Venom Picker: Sometimes drops Venom Gland from its back when assigned to a Ranch.

When it comes to tasks around your base, Faleris Aqua makes a very reliable worker for Transporting and is one of the best choices to consider for Watering tasks, with a lv4 rating for such jobs. Lastly, you can use the Tidal Predator ability to your advantage to farm targeted resources from Fire Type Pals, as this skill causes them to drop more items upon defeat.

Paldeck Entry: When it finds its prey, it unleashes a mighty torrent, sweeping the entire area. More often than not, the prey gets swept away in the chaos, leaving one to wonder whether this truly counts as hunting.

Ribbuny comes in handy for the versatility of the tasks it is capable of completing, with the ability to pitch in with Gathering, Handiwork, Transporting, and Planting. Ribunny also brings value for the ability to increase work efficiency while placed at a Weapon Workbench, or increasing the attack power of all your Grass Pals while it holds a spot in your active team.

warsect terra

The tanky bug-like Pal Warsect can often be found in its normal dual-type variant, sporting a Ground and Grass combination. However, Warsect Terra drops the secondary Grass Type and becomes a pure Ground Type Pal. This Pal is a great defensive addition for your team, who can bulk up player defense and incoming Fire damage through its Fortified Shell ability. In addition, Warsect Terra can also help out with Handiwork. It can perform Transporting and Mining tasks to a higher level than many other Pals, making it a decent base worker, too.

Paldeck Entry: The ultra-hard armor surrounding its body is extremely strong and heat resistant. It doesn’t flinch even if a Mammorest steps on it.

Prior to Feybreak, Kitsun was more commonly recognized as a Fire Type Pal, sporting a white coat of fur and burning blue flames. However, the Kitsun Noct variant is a Dark Type Pal with a darker gray coat and bright purple/pink flames that are sure to catch the eyes of players. Kitsun Noct can be ridden as a mount while also offering a boost to the player’s attacks through the Fogged Mind skill, which stacks Dark Type damage on top of all player attacks. While its work suitability is more limited, Kitsun Noct is capable of operating as a Kindling Pal, which may come in handy from time to time.

Paldeck Entry: Despite its appearance, Kitsun Noct is extremely sensitive and will flee into a cave when spooked. It has become quite gloomy from being a shut-in for too long.
