As many know, this genre of anime is perfect for the genre of fighting games. With a huge roster of unique characters, interesting abilities, and mechanics that are unique to each series, battle shōnen anime has made for some of the best fighting games out there. Although compared to other anime franchises, Sakamoto Days is only just taking its first step forward, it’s interesting to see how far fans believe this series can go.
