One Piece’s final saga is going to see a plethora of Conqueror’s Haki users being revealed. While this power is definitely very rare to see among the people of the One Piece world—one in a million, to be precise—fans already know that this saga sees the absolute top-level fighters take part in it. As such, more Conquerors are bound to be revealed. From the World Government, there are definitely going to be a couple of Holy Knights who will have this power. The Elders are all users of it as well, and Imu is guaranteed to have it. From the Marines, the likes of Sakazuki, Smoker, and Koby are potential contenders, and from the Revolutionary Army, Dragon, and Sabo could potentially go on to have it. From the Yonko crews, Ben Beckman, Mihawk, Buggy, Sanji, and Usopp are certainly top contenders as well.
