This item is a Special Grade drop, so you can get it just by progressing in the game. If you are lucky, it can drop from one of the chests even at the beginning. Alternatively, players can purchase the Purified Curse Hand in Jujutsu Infinite by visiting the Curse Market or Trade Hub.
