Epic Games Store Reveals Free Game for November 7
Key Takeaways
Table of Contents
- Epic Games Store offers Deceive Inc. and free Apex Legends content on November 7.
- Grab Witch It and Ghostwire: Tokyo for free until November 7.
- New free games come every Thursday at 10:00am CT.
The Epic Games Store free game for November 7 is Deceive Inc., but users will also have free content to claim for the popular battle royale Apex Legends as well. Epic Games Store freebies typically consist of free games, but there are times when the store gives away free content for free-to-play titles instead.
Currently, Epic Games Store users have two free games to claim for their digital libraries. From now until November 7, Epic Games Store users can claim Witch It and Ghostwire: Tokyo. Witch It is a prop hunt-style hide and seek game, while Ghostwire: Tokyo is an action-adventure game from Tango Gameworks. While neither game can really be described as “horror,” they both still have spooky season vibes that should make them perfect to play for Halloween. EGS users can grab Witch It and Ghostwire: Tokyofor free through the Epic Games Store right now.

Here’s a list of all the games that have ever been made available for free on the Epic Games Store.
On November 7, Witch It and Ghostwire: Tokyo will be cycled out of the Epic Games Store free games lineup and replaced by Deceive Inc. and free content for Apex Legends. Deceive Inc. is a multiplayer FPS known for its stealth elements that was first released in 2023. Deceive Inc. earned somewhat mixed reviews from critics, but it currently has a “Very Positive” overall rating on Steam. It’s the sole free Epic Games Store game for November 7 to November 14, but it’s joined by the Ash Free Unlock Bundle for Apex Legends.
Epic Games Store Free Games for November 2024
- Witch It (October 31 – November 7)
- Ghostwire: Tokyo (October 31 – November 7)
- Apex Legends Ash Free Unlock Bundle (November 7 – November 14)
- Ash
- Burning Chrome Epic Skin
- Deceive Inc. (November 7 – November 14)
From November 7 to November 14, Epic Games Store users will also be able to claim the Ash Free Unlock Bundle. This bundle gets Apex Legends players access to the character Ash, as well as the Burning Chrome Epic Skin for the character. Ash was first added to Apex Legends years ago, and so some fans may already have the character on their roster, but they will still be able to enjoy the Burning Chrome skin.
The rest of November should be business as usual for the Epic Games Store, which means fans can expect new free games every Thursday at 10:00am CT. Unless plans have changed, December will almost certainly mark the return of the daily mystery game giveaways. The mystery games tend to be higher profile titles than the ones than the usual EGS free games crop, but it remains to be seen what’s in store for this year’s version of the event. If it’s anything like last year, fans can expect the free mystery game promotion to start around the middle of December and last until early January.
