In the Otherworld version of Brookhaven Hospital, players will come across a Chain box puzzle they will have to solve. This puzzle requires a key and two codes to unlock. With the puzzle completed, players can access the elevator again, where they will be asked three questions. The answer to these questions opens up a Decorative Box later in the Hospital.

How To Open Pharmacy Decorative Box In Silent Hill 2 Remake
After solving the Chained Box Puzzle, players interested in the puzzles in the Silent Hill franchise can find the -1 Elevator Button from the statue that you can put in the elevator. Pressing -1 will start with a person on the speaker asking a series of Trick or Treat questions.

: Follow Sanders Street heading East and further on, to the outskirts of town. One – and only – road will take you towards the lumber yard and the cemetery. What is the name of that road?- Choices

: Silent Hill witnessed a gruesome murder a few years back. A brother and sister were playing in the road and they were attacked and chopped into pieces with an axe. Torn flesh, smashes bones, splattered blood… What a terrible tragedy. What a gruesome end to such innocent lives. One of the victims was a local boy named Billy Locane. BUT… what was the name of the other victim, Billy’s sister?- Choices

After the three questions, continue exploring until you reach the Dayroom, where you must open the fridge to find the Lead Ring. Head to the Pharmacy to find a Decorative Box with nine buttons, of which you must press three, one for each correct answer. The answers to the questions are:

- Q2. 3 (The path from the Observation Deck, opening the South Vale map, should show the road)
- Q3. 1 (Newspaper in Wood Side Apartment)
After putting in code 231, you can loot the box to find 2 Syringes you can use to heal and 2 Boxes of Shotgun Shells.
