After interacting with the keypad, head out of the gate and turn right off Neely Street. Turn left and approach Neely’s bar on Sanders Street. The person dead near the truck has tried all numbers from 0000 to 4439 and felt he was close to unlocking the door. Two enemies nearby will attack you when you approach the dead body, so it is best to deal with them first or pick up the Memo quickly and make a run for it.
