This guide will show players how to get more of this currency — and the various things they can do with it, from getting top-tier weapons to some of the best possible armor in the game.

By the time players reach level 50 in Throne and Liberty, they might be wondering what to do next. The reality is that the end-game is quite complex and requires players to get as much Abyss Currency as possible to reach the soft cap Gear Score required to progress even further.

Sundries Merchant Throne and Liberty Liberty Allied Forces Contract Abyss Currency

To do that, players will need to complete Allied Forces Contracts that are obtained in various ways.

  • The first and easiest way is to purchase Allied Resistance Forces Contracts from the Sundries Merchant in every city.

Keep in mind that these contracts will need to be completed in order to receive Abyss Currency.

These contracts come in two levels of difficulty, with the lowest costing around 10000 solant (plus taxes) and a purchase limit of 3 per week (the higher levels sell for 40000 solant and have a purchase limit of six per week). This will give players nine chances per region to complete contracts and earn Abyss Currency.

Another reliable way to get more Contracts and consequently more coins is to craft Allied Resistance Forces Contracts through the Sundries Crafter present in every city. To do that, players will need to provide solant and Allied Forces Seals, which can be obtained by completing lesser Contracts offered by Resistance Contract vendors located in each city.

Finally, there’s an additional way to get Abyss Currency, and that is to complete higher difficulty dungeons and through several end-game rewards from Quests, Dungeons, and the later High Tier Quests that go beyond level 50 — but those are not available yet in the Global Version of Throne and Liberty.

Abyss Currency Uses In Throne And Liberty

Abyss Currency Throne and Liberty Loot Table

Abyss Currency is not traded through any vendor. Instead, it has an integrated option to craft Equipment Chests that cost 80 Abyss Currency each. These loot crates allow players to select a certain reward from a pool, and the items are all Purple (Tier 3) quality.

Be it weapons, accessories, or armor pieces, these will allow players to stay at the top of the soft cap in Gear Score — and later push further ahead toward the hard cap by completing several challenging end-game activities, like Competitive Raids.

Players should also know that there are other types of currency called Abyssal Contract Tokens, which are unrelated to Abyss Currency (though they sound quite similar). These are used to boost drop chances and exp while killing monsters in certain open dungeons. They’re also a lot easier to farm.
